Glossary: kA¼mmel

Created in Holland and now also produced in Germany, kA¼mmel is a colorless liqueur flavored with a panoply of herbs and seeds including caraway, cumin and fennel. Its name comes from the middle-high German kA¼mmel, which means 'cumin seed.'
