About me

I'm 59, still working full-time. My husband is retired so he does all the cooking & I do the baking on the weekend.

How I learned to cook

Mostly from my mother. She used to bake "torte's" with lots of buttercream icing.Very fattening but very good! Now I look for easy & quick receipes that are pleasing to the eye but are delicious. My co-workers & my husband are the guinea pigs for anything new that I try.
