A colorful cool refreshing dessert that's easy too! Not generally known outside the Netherlands.

If there's just one recipe I add here, this is it. My mother's recipe for Krentje Brij. She generally doubles the quantities for a heaping potful of pink goodness! I wanted to ensure this cultural recipe was not lost, so I proudly added it to the English wikipedia. For more, see also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krentjebrij
