1- Fry onion and celery until tender in skillet.
2- Prepare gravy according to package in skillet, add chicken & vegetables and return to boil.
3- Pour hot stew into a 4 quart (4.5 litre) baking dish. Spoon potatoes onto hot mixture.
4- Bake at 375F (190C) 12 to 15 minutes in oven, or until potatoes are lightly browned.
