This is a recipe used by my Grandmother, my Mom and now Myself. In my opinion this is one of the best Homemade Bean recipes that I have even eaten. If you use this recipe I hope you enjoy it as much as my family has for as many generations. ENJOY!!!
1- Soak beans over night in a bowl of water. Use the water that the beans were soaked in to cook the beans in. Keep any water that is left to add to the beans while they cook so they don't dry out.
2- Cook beans at 250 degrees for several hours after boiling point. Cook until beans are soft. When finished cooking crush about 1/2 to a cup of beans(depending on how think you want them) to thicken the juice. Enjoy.
