  • 2 pint strawberries
  • 1/4 cup port
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream softly whipped
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese

Recipe Method

1- Quickly wash the strawberries and dry by setting on paper towels. Hull and cut the berries into quarters. Transfer to a bowl and add the port and sugar. Gently stir to combine and let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour.

2- Whisk the mascarpone with the honey until smooth and gently fold in the whipped cream.

3- 0Spoon the berries into four wine glasses and garnish with the marscapone cream.
