This is fast and easy and a sure crowd pleaser.
1- Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to clean.
2- Remove the stems to make a hollow in the cap.
3- Finely chop the stems and mix well with the
4- Stuff the caps and place on a lightly oil sprayed broiler pan.
5- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and broil for approximately 10 minutes.
Serve it while hot (the mushrooms, not you) and watch them disappear fast!!!
