Yummy Mushroom Caps

Makes a great appetizer.

This is fast and easy and a sure crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 20 white mushrooms
  • 8 ounces garlic & herb cream cheese
  • 1 small tin crab meat
  • to taste dill weed, dried can also use fresh
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese or enough to taste

Recipe Method

1- Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to clean.

2- Remove the stems to make a hollow in the cap.

3- Finely chop the stems and mix well with the cream cheese, crab, and dill.

4- Stuff the caps and place on a lightly oil sprayed broiler pan.

5- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and broil for approximately 10 minutes.

Serve it while hot (the mushrooms, not you) and watch them disappear fast!!!
