Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Recipe Method

1- In a medium bowl combine the flour, eggs, milk, water and salt and mix until well blended.

2- Heat a saucepan to medium heat. Melt a small amount of butter in the sauce pan and then pour a ladle of batter into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown and then remove from pan.

3- Fill the crepes with your favorite fillings. Apple & Cinnamon are great but anything works.
