1. Put about 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) cooking oil in electric skillet. Set control for 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Beat egg, milk, and 1 tbsp (15 ml) flour together with a fork in a flat dish. Combine sesame seeds, 1/2 cup (125 ml) flour, salt and pepper in another flat dish. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture then roll them in flour mixture to coat all sides.
3. Drop chicken into hot oil, cover (leave vent in lid open) and cook about 15 minutes or until dark golden brown. Turn chicken pieces. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and continue cooking, uncovered, until golden brown on all sides and tender, about 15 minutes more. Serve immediately.
