mexican seafood dip
1. Peel prawns and cut into small pieces. Place in large bowl, cover with a thin layer of salt. Cut and squeeze limes over prawns, make sure they are covered. Place bowl in refrigerator.
2. Dice onion, cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers. Mix into bowl with prawns place back in refrigerator for 20 minuets serve with tortillas as a dip.
