Easy home made banana loaf.
1. Preheat the oven 325F. Grease and line 1 loaf tin. Bring bananas and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and blend together for 3 minutes.
2. And then add eggs gradually, beating well ,after each addition ,and then add milk, mix it well and then add oil.
3. Sift in
Bake at 325F for 1 hour, or until the loaf is firm.
