Ingredients

  • 3 banana , peeled
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • 165 ml milk
  • 165 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Recipe Method

1. Preheat the oven 325F. Grease and line 1 loaf tin. Bring bananas and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and blend together for 3 minutes.

2. And then add eggs gradually, beating well ,after each addition ,and then add milk, mix it well and then add oil.

3. Sift in baking soda and flour together and mix it well. Pour the mixture into the loaf tin.

Bake at 325F for 1 hour, or until the loaf is firm.
