)

  • 2 pound block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 bag macaroni noodles
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 bag seasoned salad croutons
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe Method

1. Boil noodles, rinse and drain. Place back in large pan.

2. Chop Velveeta into small chunks. Place in pan with noodles, add milk. Heat on medium low until cheese is melted and mixed in.

3. Place in large baking dish, sprinkle with season salt. Spread croutons over the top so that the whole top of mac and cheese mix is covered.

4. Spread grated cheddar over the top of croutons. Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven when cheese is melted and has a light brown layer on top. Let stand for 5 minutes, serve.

This serves approximately 8 people.
