Kneading, rolling out and proofing dough...who has time? Not this New Yorker - especially not on a weeknight. Enter a classic Crumble - easy enough for any day of the week, but special enough for whichever fruity goodies made their way home with you from last weekend's farmers market.
1. In a deep pie dish, combine the filling ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the crumb ingredients until you see large and small crumbs form.
2. Sprinkle liberally over the filling, and pop the dish into a preheated 375F oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
3. Allow to sit 5 - 10 minutes, and serve alone, or with your favorite topping.
