Recipe Method
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
2. Dip fish fillets in milk; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Coat fish with bread crumbs.
3. Place 1/2 teaspoon butter on each fillet; sprinkle with lemon juice and seafood seasoning. Place fish in well-buttered baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
4. Remove fish from oven; serve directly from baking pan.
