Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger finely chopped, (or 1 teaspoon powdered ginger)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pound scallops cut into bite size pieces

Recipe Method

1. In large sauce pan, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and sugar; bring to a boil. Add scallops and cook over medium-high heat until all liquid has evaporated.

2. Place scallops on platter, and serve hot.
