Recipe Method
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, sherry, mustard, and tarragon. Roll mixture into small balls.
3. Wrap half a bacon slice around each ball; place on skewers. Broil for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
4. Place crab balls on serving platter; serve at once.
