Recipe Method
1. Combine flour and
salt in shallow dish.
Coat fish fillets with flour mixture.
2. Melt butter in medium frying pan. Add fish fillets and sauté until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer fish fillets to heated platter.
3. Arrange orange or grapefruit slices on each fish fillet. Pour pan juices on top; serve at once.
