Recipe Method
1. In bowl mix
vinegar,
beer,
seafood seasoning, and
salt together well.
2. Place half the crabs in very large pot. Cover with half the vinegar mixture. Add remaining crabs, then remaining vinegar mixture.
3. Cover pot tightly and bring to a boil. Steam crabs for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crabs turn bright red. Remove from water and drain.
4. Serve crabs at once, or bring to room temperature and then refrigerate until ready to use.
