  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (warm to touch but not hot)
  • Cornmeal

Recipe Method

1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water.

2. Roll dough to desired thickness on large pan or pizza stone. Gently pull back dough and sprinkle under dough with cornmeal (this helps moisture escape while baking since the dough is not stuck to the pan).

3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until half baked and puffed up. Add toppings as desired, bake another 10-15 minutes.
