Perpare 3 12-hole muffins tins with paper muffin cups.
1.Perheat the oven at 200C. Lightly grease 3 12-hole muffin tins. Place all ingredients into the big mixing bowl, except bananas and walnuts. Using a electric beater to beat it for 3-4 minutes in medium speed.
2. Add bananas and walnuts, Using a wooden spoon, stir until just incorporated. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and bake at 200C for 20 minutes, or until muffins are puffed and gorlden brown. Tranfer to a wire rack to cool.
