1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease and line the bottom of cup cake or muffin tin with paper cup.
2. Bring eggs, egg yolk, first part of sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl, whip it until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well.
3. Sift in flour and baking powder together, and mix until well blended.
4. Bring milk and cheddar cheese to boil, until the cheese is melts. And then add it into the flour mixture slowly. Mix it until well combined, after that add oil and mix well.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared mould and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on th etop. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Remove form oven and unmould.
