1. Place bread slices on a large baking sheet. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 30 to 60 seconds or until bread is slightly toasted. Turn bread slices oer; top with Gorgonzola cheese. Broil for 30 to 60 seconds more or until cheese is bubbly and bread is toasted.
2. Top bread slices with pear slices. Lightly drizzle pear slices with honey. If desired, garnish with mint sprigs. Arrange bread slices on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
Makes 16 appetizers.
