  • 2 heads broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Recipe Method

1. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and balsamic vinegar.

2. Toss in a bowl with the broccoli and cauliflower.

3. Stir in the pumpkin seeds and cranberries.

4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving to let the flavors mingle.
