1. Preheat the oven to 175C. Lightly grease and line base of an 8 inch dome pudding mould with baking paper. Place chocolate in a small bowl. Put it over a pan of hot water. Stir until the chocolate melted.
2. Bring butter and sugar into a mixing bowl, beat it until light and creamy. Add egg yolk slowly, mix well after each addition. Cream mixture until smooth and light.
3. Add in melted chocolate into the yolks mixture, mix well. And then sift in dry ingredient, mix untel well combined.
4. Bring egg whites into mixing bowl, whip it unitl foamy, add in the sugar. Whip it until stiff. Add whipped egg white to the chocolate mixture. Mix until well incorporated.
5. Pour it onto the prepared mould. Bake in water bath at 175C for 1.5 hours. Serve with chocolate sauce and whipped cream on the side.
You can use ground almonds instead of ground hazelnuts.
