Recipe Method
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. In a 1- or 2-cup measuring cup, mix water and oil together; add to dry mixture and mix well.
3. Place dough on a floured board and knead 20 to 25 minutes. Roll or pat the dough on the floured board until it is 1/2 inch thick. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out biscuits. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
