1 (23-ounce) can apple pie filling
Recipe Method
1. In a medium bowl, blend together
egg,
milk,
sour cream and
butter.
2. Stir in biscuit mix and blend well. Mix in bacon and cheese. Pour enough batter to fill a preheated and greased waffle iron.
3. Bake until steaming stops and waffle is crisp and golden. Serve with apple pie filling, if desired.
