  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries plus additional for garnish, divided
  • 2 dozen small vanilla wafers
  • Whipped cream

Recipe Method

1. Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.

2. Combine condensed milk and lemon juice; add raspberries. Cover bottom of prepared pan with a thin layer of fruit mixture. Add a layer of wafers. Repeat until all fruit mixture is used, ending with a layer of wafers.

3. Chill 8 hours in refrigerator. Unmold on platter; remove waxed paper carefully. Garnish with whipped cream and additional raspberries.
