2 cups fresh raspberries or 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Recipe Method
1. In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and honey. Stir over low heat until just below boiling. Mix cornstarch and water; add to berry-honey mixture.
2. Cook slowly until thick and smooth, 5 to 7 minutes. Strain sauce through a sieve; cool.
3. Place in covered container and store in refrigerator until needed.
