1 cup old-fashioned oats

1/4 cup wheat germ

1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut

1/4 cup cashews, coarsely broken

1/4 cup walnuts or pecans coarsely broken

3 teaspoons sesame seeds

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

1 tbsp mild-flavored (light) molasses

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup raisins
-
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
Recipe Method
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit.
2. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk maple syrup and next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir to coat evenly. Transfer to large rimmed baking sheet, spreading out in even layer. Bake 15 minutes; stir. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes longer.
3. Mix in raisins and apricots. Bake until fruit is heated through and granola is slightly darker; about 10 minutes longer. Cool completely on sheet. Transfer to airtight container.
DO AHEAD Can be made 1 week ahead. Store at room temperature.
