1 cup pineapple, crushed, cnd, w/juice, drained, Crushed
2 cup flour, all purpose, bleached, enrich
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped
FROSTING
3 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 small pack Vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup pineapple, crushed, cnd, w/juice, drained, Crushed
Recipe Method
AMISH CAKEBeat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
