3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, halved

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons celery salt

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1/3 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup margarine or butter
Recipe Method
1. Cut
chicken into 1/2 inch strips. Combine next seven ingredients and
coat chicken in mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Roll chicken in dry mixture. Arrange in single layer on lightly greased cookie sheet. Pour melted butter over chicken strips.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender & brown. Flip half way through.
4. Serve with the Mustard Sauce.
