1. Preheat the oven to 325F. Grrease a loaf tin and line the base and sides with baking paper.
2. Bring eggs and sugar in a large bowl, beat with electric beaters until the mixture is light and smooth. Add oil slowly and continue mixing.

4. Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for 60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the cake. Leave for at least 20 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
