  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) reduced- fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon rind grated
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 pound lean ground lamb
  • 3/4 pound ground turkey breast
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 (6-inch) pitas, cut in half
  • 6 tablespoons Easy Tzatziki Sauce

Easy Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber grated peeled seeded
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion minced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Method

1. Prepare grill.

2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.

3. Place patty on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer register 165 degrees.

4. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Place 1 patty in each pita half; drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon Easy Tzatziki sauce.

Easy Tzatziki Sauce: 1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up 2 days.
