  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato oil
  • 1 tbsp oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes chopped drained
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups chicken breast (about 3/4 pound) shredded cooked
  • 1 cup tomato (about 1 medium), chopped
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) Asiago cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 6 (6-inch) pitas cut in half
  • 3 cups mixed baby greens

Recipe Method

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in chicken, tomato, cheese, and basil.

2. Line each pita half with 1/4 cup greens.

3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among pita halves.
