  • 2 5-ounce packages daikon (Japanese white radish) sprouts
  • 1/2 pound Dungeness crabmeat, cooked, coarsely torn
  • 1 cup Japanese or English hothouse cucumber, matchstick-size strips
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 4 teaspoons smelt roe (masago)
  • 6 tablespoons ponzu

Recipe Method

1. Toss first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

2. Drizzle ponzu over; toss to coat.

3. Divide among bowls and serve.
