Grease and flour 2 round layer pans 8 or 9 inch. Measure all ingredients into large 1/2 minute on low speedmixer bowl. Blend scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pans. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. It is wonderful with a lemon frosting or a rich chocolate frosting.
