Recipe Method
1. Lay the bread on a work surface; spread the
mustard on top. Divide the
brie and
turkey among 3 bread slices; place the remaining 3 bread slices on top.
2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. In a large nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating boat sides and place in the pan.
2. Cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Flip, add the remaining tablespoon butter and cook until golden, about 3 minutes more.
