  • 20 king prawns cut in half lengthwise with shell on
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 small chiles finely chopped
  • 3 lemons zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley roughly chopped

Recipe Method

1. Preheat barbecue grill or grill pan to high.

2. Drizzle prawns with olive oil and place flesh side down onto the grill for 30 seconds.

3. Turn the prawns, then add chiles, lemon zest and parsley, and squeeze over lemon juice.

4. Once prawns are cooked, removed from heat. Drizzle with excess sauce and serve.
