Cheese Tart Base
1. Use a mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients together, and add butter and then egg
2. Mix to form a dough, cut into a portions
3. Press onto mould and punch holes
4. Bake at 180'C for 20 minutes
Cheese Filling
1. Whish Whipping cream until soft form and set aside
2. Cream sugar and
3. Add milk and lemon juice, beat to smooth
4. Add Rum and whipped cream, mix well
5. Add some mixture to gelatine water
6. Stir to mix well, and pour into mixture mix well
7. Place blueberries on bottom of baked tart shell
8. Pour cheese filling into tart
9. Put in the refrigerator for 60 minutes
10. Beat egg yolk to liquid
11. Brush on top of filling
12. Heat by firegun and serve
