Recipe Method
1.
Season the tomatoes on both sides with a sprinkling of
salt and
pepper. Then slice the
brie into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
Assemble the sandwich:
1. Place the tomatoes on the baguette’s bottom half. Pile the brie on top of that before pressing down with the top half of the baguette.
2. Slice the sandwich into 4 equal pieces. Serve with a tall, cold glass of lemonade.
