  • 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red onion minced
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red jalapeno pepper chopped, seeded
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger chopped, peeled
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped

Recipe Method

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2. Add onion and garlic to pan; cook 2 minutes.

3. Add pineapple; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

4. Add soy sauce, pepper, juice, and ginger; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro.
