Preheat oven to 375. Mix together flour mixture, chocolate, peanuts & oatmeal. Cream butter with both sugars until light & fluffy. Add egg, vanilla & almond extracts. Beat until well mixed. Add flour mixture. Stir until ingredients are well mixed. Drop, using small ice cream scoop, batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until browned, about 12 minutes.
