  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Recipe Method

1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, crushing raspberries with the back of a spoon.

3. Press mixture through a sieve over a bowl. Discard solids.

4. Spoon raspberry sauce into a small bowl; stir in juice. Cover and chill.
