A pork dish with a shrimp paste base that is native to the Philippines. It is quite salty and should be eaten with hot rice or bread.
1. In a bowl, mix the cube pork with the garlic and vinegar and let sit for at least 30 minutes. (Better to leave for 6 hours or more).
2. Dry off the pork making sure to take out as much marinade as possible.
3. Heat a skillet with a tbsp of oil and sear your pork, making sure to get a nice golden brown color on each side.
