1. In a medium bowl, beat flour, cheese, and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended and creamy in texture. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine dates, brownsugar, orangezest, and orange juice. Cook over low heat until dates become soft and mixture becomes a thick paste, stirring occasionally.
4. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Using a 3-inch round cutter, cut out dough.
5. Place approximately 3/4 teaspoon date filling on center of each round. Fold over and press edges together with a fork to seal. Bake for 15 minutes.
