1. Preheat the oven to hot 180C. Lightly grease a 12 hole, 1 cup muffin tin. Bring milk and add coffee powder in a pot, and heat to thick and set aside.
2. Beat butter and sugar until light and smooth. Add egg gradually and beat up. Sift in flour and then milk powder. Add baking powder and stir well.
3. Add cocoa powder and stir to mix well
4. Divide into 2 halves into 2 bowls. Add coffee milk to one half and mix well
5. Place the cocoa half into the mould
6. Place coffee half on top
7. Stir to form marble pattern
8. Bake at 180'C for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are firm.
