Recipe Method
1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees to 400 degrees (medium-high). Sprinkle fillets with
pepper and
salt.
2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over 350 degrees to 400 degrees (medium-high) heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes.
