Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar Sifted
  • 1/4 tsp flavor, almond extract
  • 3/4 cup cream, whipping, 35% b.f.
  • 1 cup peaches, fresh, sliced, w/o skin Sliced , drain
  • 1 crust, pie, bkd f/fzn, 9" baked

Recipe Method

Combine first 3 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and gently stir in peaches. Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Chill well.
