  • 13 pound pork roast
  • 1 tsp salt, table
  • 1 tsp pepper, black
  • 1 cup cranberries chopped OR ground
  • 1/4 cup honey, light
  • 1 tsp orange peel, fresh, grated
  • 1/8 tsp cloves, ground
  • 1/8 tsp spice, nutmeg, ground

Recipe Method

1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. 2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. NOTE: Boneless or pork loin roast may be used.
