Crock Pot Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 5 pound beef, chuck arm pot roast, brsd, 0" trim
  • 2 serving soup, onion, french, cond, cnd
  • 16 ounce-weight beer
  • 2 ounce-weight whiskey, 100 proof
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

Recipe Method

1. Braise roast in 400 degree oven for one hour. Add all ingredients together with roast in crockpot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours.

Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot after simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces. May be served on buns with Au Jus or with potatoes and vegetables.
